But this time, shortly before the flight, the family found out that their pet is much havier than the permissible maximum weight for transportation of dogs in the cabin.
For such an injustice, they complained to the court in Dusseldorf, requiring airlines to pay damages.
As written by Die Welt, 50-year-old head of the family went to the other end of the airport to buy a cart for transportation of dogs in the cargo compartment of the aircraft. But when he returned with the box, the airline slammed in his face the window, a man complained to the court. And this happened despite the fact that at the next desk for first class passengers they continued with the maintenance of the remaining passengers.
The family claimed in court a full refund of the ticket price of 910 euros.
