Obedient dogs are usually living longer life

Those dogs, which are traditionally considered to be obedient, live longer than those from their counterparts who do not tend much to the obedience. This is the conclusion of those experts, who published their research in "The American Naturalist". Experienced professionals in this field were analyzing the statistics, which concerned the life expectancy for the dogs of the most popular breeds.

They finally came to the following conclusions: it comes out, that the Bichon Frise, the Poodle and the German Shepherd are the champions of longevity among their own kind.

And it is very well known, that dogs of this breeds are the most docile and easy to be trained. However, in most cases, the breeds which are prone to be stubborn: Beagles, Basset Hounds and others are often dying at the pretty early age. To date, the exact causes of this relationship have not been established.

We know from the history that about ten - fifteen thousand years ago ancient people were able to domesticate dogs. But at the moment scientists do not know for sure where this happened. The result of the most recent research state that the "motherland" of all our modern dogs was in the Middle East.

Although before this work, another article appeared in the media. It was written by a completely different group of authors who have argued that it is most likely, that the place, where all dogs came from is actually in China. Well, the experienced dog lovers know, that most of the Chinese breeds can not be really called the most obedient.
