In a small American town mayor's office in New Jersey after a lot of complaints from citizens, dissatisfied with the dogs barking in the neighborhood, there was issued a law called "quiet!".

Now the owner of a barking dog can be fined from forty up to six hundred dollars. Unique case can now come to a small town Piscataway, New Jersey. Local authorities have imposed an official ban on dog barking. Dogs must be silent always. The Mayor said that over the past year, citizens filed about four hundred complaints. They all spoke about a very noisy dog's behavior.

Dog named Shera likes to bark. But now she will be in a difficult situation, because she was born and she lives in this small town, where, due to numerous complaints there was issued a law for the dogs to be quiet. First it was forbidden to bark at the moon, then followed the law, that is expanded to the other natural phenomens. Silence "twenty four-seven".

Many dog lovers may say, that the "quiet!" law is far too tough and even some sort of cruel. Of course it is completely not natural for the dog to stop barking at all. But if we will look from the other side, we would certainly understand, that the neighbors of those dog lovers do have a right for a quiet family evenings and peaceful sleep at night.

Well, most of dogs can be actually trained not to bark. It is all certainly the owner's responsibility - to make his beloved dog not only a fine member of his own family, but also a fine member of the neighborhood.
