The Australian lady has found a way to train her cats to use the toilet

Joe Lapige - a housewife from Australia - had invented a device that can be used to train cats to use the toilet. She is an avid Cat Lady, who was tired of having a necessity to constantly monitor the cleanliness of the kitty litter. Her cat Dougal first tried the device, which consists of three panels of plastic, in the shape that is repeating the form of the toilet. All three panels were of different colors and they all have holes of different diameters.

First, the red container should be putted beside the toilet and filled with the cat litter. Some time later, when the cat gets used to it, the form is inserted into the hole of a toilet seat - for the cat to get used to jump on it. After that the red form will be changed with the form of an orange color with the smaller hole. Thus the cat will be accustomed to the water in the toilet. When the cat is no longer afraid of the water, comes the turn of the green form that has a larger hole. The essence of adaptation is that the larger is the hole, the lesser amount of a cat litter will be inside the form and this teaches the cat to do his "business" finally without any litter at all.

It took the owner only eight weeks to accustom the cat Dougal to the toilet. Now Miss Lapige is planning to launch her invention into the mass production.
Indeed, this may be a very good idea. Most of the cats are known to be extremely cleanly animals, so they should be quite happy to study using a normal toilet instead of a litter box.
